From a Seed to Reality

Good Day All My Relations,

Thank you for sharing in this conversation with me. Let’s continue building this story together. Remember what I asked that we all do last time? So here we are in the middle of a pandemic…

I’m sure we all have had certain experiences in life when we are trying to learn something new, trying to get in shape, exercising, building a meditation practice or changing our diet. Whatever gives us a challenge.

To get to the end goal, we often struggle. We suffer, we have resistance and also simultaneously the real longing for change. Dissonance. The time where our future-self and present-self create discomfort. Old default patterns want to continue running, while new ideas and new goals need our awareness and attention to establish a new behavior, a new life.

In the same way, we find ourselves in a co-collective world experience. And our process is the way of ceremony. We go in with a prayer, requesting that the Creator, the Force, the Source, God, Ra (whatever you call your higher power), bring us to the answer and so the process begins.

We go to our mind and imagination to see the problem take form and feel it in our heart. We pray for the result we want. Then we may go through the “suffering” to clean the energy to get to that goal, that healing.

Awareness and attention are the actions that can be cultivated by WANTING that special relationship with yourself. That intimate relationship to find out the secrets of your soul. Secret thoughts & secret feelings; these secrets may be those things that only you will be willing to tell yourself. This is the time that we create a safe relationship between the self, the higher self and the shadow side of the self. Learn to love that side of you also, so that you can have awareness instead of the shadow side having control of you.

When we are free in the flow of awareness, we become in control of our emotions and the outcomes of how a situation can develop and evolve.

Now before we go further, I want to remind you that we were not encouraged as a society to practice and develop our intuition. Instead, we were encouraged to learn our ABC’s and our 123’s. We were not nurtured to develop our soul’s natural psychic and manifestation abilities that are a part of our being. Abilities that we have had over eons of time.

Through our formal education, we grew a big brain and our ability to expand into consciousness became atrophied. So, we wake up to a world of fear and confusion, and most of all we now feel alone unless we remain consumed and preoccupied with survival.

In our personal story, we can Re-member our natural state simply by practicing an awareness of our own expansion of consciousness, that in time will become our friend. It is an interconnectedness that we are hard-wired to. We, by our very nature, gravitate to the desire to connect with Spirit.

The Haudenosonee people have a word that describes the love that just simply exists on Mother Earth. It is called Gonalunkwa. When we connect to our consciousness, we then can feel the aliveness and love of everything that is in the natural world.

So let’s just consider that we need nothing but ourselves, to connect with our own higher consciousness and directly to the higher power which exists throughout this world and beyond.

Something to think about for next time;

This is a time when millions of people are waking up around the world. Waking up and recognizing the dissonance that has been dominant in the world. We, as individuals, through our prayer, help those millions to connect. Through this collective consciousness, all humanity can begin to Re-member who we are and our connection to Gonalunkwa, the fabric of life.

Health and Herbal Allies

Dearest Humanity,

With much respect and support, I write this message to you. First, let me just say; this information is not a replacement for medical attention, nor is it intended to treat or cure anything. I am not a doctor, just a friend and student of the Most High and their beautiful medicines. Right now, we are at a time when we can either freak out or gain an understanding and stay firm in our truth and in love, which fosters many attributes.

First of all, I hope you’re having a happy day, and if you’re not: you could still have one!! Perception creates death or life. We can choose to see situations for what they are and we can choose to dilate these pupils to see great, good situations.

I want to talk to you about some herbs. For the last 7 plus years, I’ve been working with and learning from them. During this time, I would recommend the following plants for preventative immune support: astragalus root, olive leaf, echinacea (leaf / root), goldenseal root and elderberry (berry of the Elder plant). [Note: Elderberry has been observed to worsen symptoms in those who have already caught the virus, so it is not recommended for front-line workers or those who think they might have contracted the  virus. If this applies to you, it’s best to stick with the other options. If you are in isolation, elderberry can still be a great preventative immune booster.]

Burdock root alkalizes the body and helps to move uric acid out. Ginger root is good for the lymphatic system and helps congestion. We also recommend avoiding wheat and sugary foods as they can contribute to inflammation in the body.

This virus, if you get it, creates a lot of mucus in the lungs. As a preventative measure, it’s best to keep things flowing. Cayenne pepper (90 heat units or higher), which is best taken in tincture form, is great to disinfect and cleanse, as well as getting the blood moving and breaking up congestion. Thyme leaf, which is a spice that we probably all have in our cabinets, can be made into a tea. It helps to open and clean the airways, and kills bacteria and viruses. And there are many other herbal friends.

Since the beginning of time, Creator created these herbs to help humanity. There is no lack in the Divine, only our belief in lack, which disturbs everything around us. I believe the herbs are prayers in form. They never loose their intention and are always willing to help. Black seed oil is amazing; it really helps to rid the body of mucus, helps with inflammation and to support the immune system. There are so many herbs to mention and these are just a few.

I work at “Lim’s Health Food Store” in Bloomfield, CT where we sell over 250 medicinal herbs as well as supplements and vegetarian food. We also carry Wellness formula by Source Naturals, which has pretty much every known supplement for your immune system within it. This is not an advertisement for the store, I am just giving you an option of somewhere that you can go to get these medicines and also get more support and information.

If you’re closer to New Haven, “Edge of the Woods” is a great place to go as well! They have food, herbs and supplements too. This is the time to start up your practice of working with the herbs. We really shouldn’t need to wait for a pandemic to do what we all used to do before we were talked out of our truth. Herbs are our friends and want to help us!!

I want to also mention a few words about our mental attitude as well as how that affects our immune system.

When we consume ourselves with the news, or read and watch “fear” in what ever form it takes, this goes against our natural form, which is love. That is why fear makes us sick on so many levels. It poisons us and creates havoc in our lives, our immune system and each other. Every single time you watch something that is fear-inducing, you’re allowing yourself to become a victim by allowing it to enslave you. I’m not saying to be naive. I’m saying to be aware. Enjoy your life. You got only one. Watch things that feed this consciousness, that inspire you to remember your truth. We create the lives we want to live and our life is our prayer in form. What does your prayer look like? Love, or fear? Raise your immune system by feeding it good stuff mentally and emotionally. Listen to good music and listen to the people who love you. We are feeding the vibes.

This virus is making the environment better. That’s not to say that it is not also causing suffering. But families are spending more time together, children are playing. For too long, people have been saying in their mind or out loud “I need a break, I need to spend time with my family, I can’t stand my job.” And just like that, so many people are being released into the unknown of their life and their heart. Find the power to forgive and to love each other and have faith and trust. It is only through our connection to each other we can change the world. Before all this virus stuff, there were huge marches to stop climate change. Well, looks like the prayer is being answered. Our prayers don’t always come in the form we think… but they come. Respect and have faith, for our faith is hope, and hope is the light in the darkness.

Thoughts for Reflection

Good Day All My Relations,

This is your friend and sister, Linda Ierna Reed. I want to reach out and ask, how everyone is doing?

Also, I want to create a story with you. A way to look at this time we are in now, which needs a beautiful story. By that, I mean we need some tools and support in creating or holding our focus on a good life.

We are here amongst the chaos; some are experiencing it on the front lines and there are those who are experiencing this tragedy through online media somehow.

But as we go through this pandemic, or clearing, or re-assessment to what is important in our life; how do we want to see the world? Experience the world? We are all in this. Now we have a chance to co-create our future.

The butterfly effect: when the smallest of actions creates a ripple effect. One motion affects another ocean.

So if our actions work in the same way, then isn’t it so, that it’s very important to be aware of our actions? We are adding our energy into the sea of life, into all our lives, into this planet and back around to the smallest of creatures.

It’s hard to hear that we have so much power as to affect another living creature and it’s an even greater challenge to want to be awake and aware to the smallest of motions.

Yoga, qi gong, tai chi, martial arts, meditation, prayers and mantras have all been the practice of being aware of small movements. Small adjustments that the practitioner begins to feel the benefits and results of the little things.

Do you know that your life is your subconscious reflecting the manifestation of the beliefs in your mind? So if you want change, you must lay down new beliefs in the conscious mind. When in prayer, release old belief and embrace new belief.

The trick to change is to hold the focus of the story that we want to manifest. Peace, love, health and equality…these are kept in the forefront of our awareness. Through our practice, we become more aware of those thoughts that lie in the shadows of our minds.

Fear is not our story. We can acknowledge that it is present and thank it, for that medicine is showing each of us what is truly important. We can thank it and replace it with love to all on our beautiful planet.
